Good Health Saunas is a US-based company, which has its headquarters in Wisconsin. The company was started by Keith W. Hueffner way back in 2002 and Good Health Saunas has been offering infrared saunas, sauna supplies and equipment throughout the US for over a decade. Good Health Saunas prides itself in providing the highest quality in terms of the infrared sauna technology and top-notch customer service.
For over 18 years, the company has been supplying both end consumers and retailers with infrared saunas that have been tested by many 3rd-party organizations to ensure top-quality and safety. The company claims that their products are available at very affordable prices and their inventory is delivery-ready and this makes them among the top sauna manufacturers.
The product range of Good Health Saunas includes 6 infrared saunas and the product portfolio includes:
- 1 Person Sauna

The Good Health Saunas feature the HybridHeat system that consists of both carbon, as well as ceramic heaters, and meet all the standards – industry, state and federal. The saunas are 3rd-party tested by Vitatech Electromagnetics that has proven the saunas to emit very low EMF levels.
The saunas from Good Health Saunas are made of certified Red Cedar or Hemlock Wood. The wood is 100% natural and hypoallergenic and ensures that you have a very safe sauna experience. The wood has been 3rd-party tested and certified as toxin-free.
Also known as “color therapy”, chromotherapy makes use of light and color to influence your mood and balance the homeostasis levels. The Good Health infrared saunas have 6 chromotherapy options that are guaranteed to put you in a good mood. They produce optimal far, near and mid spectrum of infrared heat that ensures that you have a positive experience.
The saunas have a Bluetooth compatible entertainment center that features an auxiliary input that makes it very easy to listen to your favorite music while you’re relaxing in your sauna. You can control the music with the remote that comes along with the entertainment center.
The Good Health infrared saunas feature an oxygen ionizer that helps to improve the air quality in your sauna after every session. This ensures that the quality inside the sauna is better than the air outside it.

The infrared saunas from Good Health saunas have a lot of positive features that may seem that it is a good investment. However, you’re not sure about what you’re going to pay for the sauna. On going through the website, I was not able to find any price listings for the products and so was not able to compare the prices of the Good Health saunas with other offerings on the market. The only option listed on the website is that you can call the number provided on the homepage and schedule a consultation. So, at a glance, you will not be able to find out the prices of the various infrared saunas.
The other thing is that once you find a suitable product, the website does not give you the option of purchasing the product online. You need to contact the company if you want to buy a sauna for your home. On going through some product reviews on sites like Amazon, I found that customers who bought a Good Health sauna had complaints about the product and the company in general.
A customer said that he had bought the 3 Person Signature sauna but had problems with the product right from the start. The sauna did not work properly and the customer had to wait for a month and had to call repeatedly before they received the product and was told that they would have to install the part on their own, which the buyer found was extremely cumbersome and involved ripping off the trim pieces from the floor. The buyer complained of very poor customer service and after several calls to the owner, they finally agreed to take back the sauna for a fee. Overall, the customer complained of a very poor experience with the product and dealing with the company in general.
Another customer stated that the lighting in the sauna cabin is very dull and poor and could have been better, allowing you to read while in the sauna. In terms of the product itself, although it has a control panel, it has one only inside the sauna unit. There is no control panel on the exterior of the cabin, so you cannot control the temperature, time, etc. from outside. Also, the infrared sauna has floor heating that offers 360o heating and does not have heaters under the seat, backrest or all around you like some models of other infrared sauna brands.
So, now that you’ve read our review of the Good Health Saunas, we hope that you have sufficient information about the features and the drawbacks of the Good Health saunas that will help you make an informed decision of whether the sauna is the best buy for your home and worth the investment. It is always a good idea to do your homework and evaluate a few brands and compare their features, the pros and cons before you make your final decision.
